HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY

 

             JJK Winter, Inc dba O’Griff’s Grill and Brewhouse and Winter’s West Wing is protected by dram shop coverage to protect themselves

as required by the Dram-Shop Statute.  If the host of the event wants dram shop coverage for themselves or their business they need to review this coverage with their agent.

JJK Winter, Inc. is not responsible for Host Liquor or Dram Shop liability for any individual or business that rents Winter’s West Wing or The East Room.

 

All alcohol has to be purchased thru

O’Griff’s Grill and Brewhouse. No alcoholic beverages are 

allowed to be brought into facility.

 

Decorations that require permission from management

Confetti

Tea lights that are not in holders of some type.

Taper candles unless they are specifically drip less or in a fully covered holder.
